Confirmations
All reservation requests are confirmed by return fax or
e-mail mentioning the full quotation and up-dated
booking status and in case immediate confirmation is not
possible, we will inform within 24 hours.

Rates
All rates
are quoted net in US Dollars. Normally included in
package prices are accommodation, transfers, domestic
airfares, meals and services mentioned separately in
each tour program. Not included are visa fees,
international airfares, international airport taxes and
expenses of a personal nature.

Cancellation
Cancellation
shall be effective on the day written notice is received
by Hein Thuzar.
Cancellation fees will be:
29 or more days prior to arrival Yangon date: No
cancellation fee
28 to 14 days prior to arrival Yangon date: 25 % of the
cost
14 to 7 days prior to arrival Yangon date: 50 % of the
cost
Less than 7 days prior to arrival Yangon date: 75 % of
the cost

Responsibilities
Neither Hein
Thuzar Travels & Tours Co. Ltd. nor any person assisting
it is responsible for any loss, injury, damage,
accident, delay or irregularities sustained by the
client due to occurrences outside the tour programs. The
Company does not accept any responsibility for losses or
expenses due to : delays or changes in other services
beyond control of the Company, accidents, sickness,
severe weather or such circumstances referred to as Acts
of God, which are beyond control by standard norms, in
the course of tour. However, the company retains the
professional ethics of protecting the clients from any
damage or inconvenience; will assist for claims and
defense from client's side if any ever occurs.
